The project for the Centro Cultural Iracema is located on the waterfront of Fortaleza, between Casa Estoril and the square. It is implemented as a way of relating the entire surroundings, without compromising the existing set, integrating in a more evident way the transition between the interior blocks with the beach promenade, promoting all facades as main, on the four fronts.

The project proposes an elevated building, creating at the ground level a covered square, punctuated by a grandstand and a volume of elevators and stairs, marking the entrance to the complex.
