The building n.98 at Rua Eça de Queirós went through three distinct phases: initially it was the home of an industrialist, later a school (formerly Externato Carvalho Araújo) and, more recently, a architecture studio.

What is proposed is the recreation of the building's history through an intervention differentiated by floors, reflecting each of the different phases that defined its history. A space for unique experiences is intended, which allows the guest not only to experience different sensations in each stay, but also to choose the environment with which he most identifies.

The concept of each floor will be worked out in an obvious and assumed way. On the 1st floor (Industrial) the environment will be darker and the infrastructure will be visible, giving this space a more austere environment, without taking away any comfort. On the 2nd floor (School) the light of the environment will be restored and some Old School notes will appear, such as a school chair or a desk. On the 3rd floor (Atelier) the simplicity of the design will prevail.
