The proposal intends to transform the set of Abolição into the park of Abolição, promoting an urban ambition for the set, providing an identity, unity and global balance, uniting the individual potential of each building, of each program, exponentiating them because of the relationships that they can establish.

It will thus be a common space, understood as an indivisible park, within which we can find the palace of Abolição, MIS, the events house, the house of the governor and vice-governor, supported by adequate infrastructure and extensive pedestrian areas, in a continuous green park.

We seek to establish a common reading code at the level of floors, fences, vegetation, furniture, lighting and signage, connecting all buildings in this way.
