The POP-XYZ apartment is located in the POP-XYZ building, in the city of São Paulo. It is located on the top floors of the building, with the interior spaces spread over two floors, with access to a private terrace. Access is via the upper floor, where the social areas are located, with the living room, kitchen and a support bathroom, thus serving as a distribution center for the intimate areas of the rooms on the lower floor, with two bedrooms and connecting also to the roof terrace, with an outdoor seating area with jacuzzi and kitchen.

The project favored a very informal character of the spaces, with concrete as the material base, giving prominence to textiles, works of art and wooden notes that mark elements of structuring or division of spaces.
