The project for the talatona apartment condominium seeks this same relationship between a plot of land, a group of buildings and an environment.

Like the baobab, buildings create a strong connection to the earth, but make a very light transition at their boundaries, creating a diluting effect as they grow in height.

That's why we chose to create 4 buildings / towers, of different heights, seeking this natural relationship of something that grew at different times and a horizontal, lower building, which obligatorily ends a block with the housing complex to the east, completing its central square scheme.

This allows the land to be freed so that the constructions can derive from a park / garden, creating a social floor that merges as sports and leisure areas, with a garden that, starting from the land boundary, penetrates under the constructions, which working on this floor in free plan.

This allows for the existence of a semi-covered social floor, which integrates the common program such as the party room, children's room, gym, cinema room, administration space, sports fields, swimming pool, among others, in a succession of sun visors, pergolas and green patios, which allows a more intensive use of this space, without disturbing the quiet of the houses, which are only accepted on the upper floor.

Underneath the social floor there are two semi-buried covered parking floors, which distribute access to each block as well as to the social floor. access to this car park is via the development's single entrance, which opens from the entrance to a large green entrance patio, giving car access to the private and visitor car park on one side and pedestrian access through the park/garden on the other. climbing a large natural slope of the land to the level of the social floor.
