Casa em Lagos is located in São Gonçalo de Lagos overlooking Canavial beach.

In a first moment of access to the house, it is intended to create an immediate relationship with the surroundings. The vegetation invites the user to discover the space in a kind of private forest that reveals a wide and transparent volume.

Along the way, you discover the house that is defined through the relationship between volumes that apparently defy the laws of gravity. The almost visual inexistence of the volume of the ground floor reinforces the theatricality of some spaces that are attached to the main L-shaped structure and gives the illusion of a suspended volume where the upper floor develops.

The ground floor is a spacious, sensorial space, with areas of defined functions, where the living rooms and kitchen are located. The ground floor transparency reinforces the idea of ​​landscaping as an integral part of these areas, without assuming a limit between interior and exterior space. The covered patio, with double height ceilings, creates a scenic environment, close to seigniorial, with the ability to adapt to the different needs of the space, and that can even function as an extension of the dining area or the living area.

The 1st floor is the suites floor. They are intimate spaces of passage, strategically organized in order to allow the rent to two families. The proposal includes 4 suites (2 master suites and 2 suites) each with a large window oriented in order to take full advantage of its location.

The roof top is the contemplation space of the house. It is the area with privileged views of the sea, designed to respond to the different needs of those who enjoy it. Access its through a more sheltered area, which works as a barrier to the weather, and a slightly more preserved living space.
