HL746 is a residential building located in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo. The interior of the building, designed by the atelier, has one apartment per floor and social areas that include a lobby, a room for events, swimming pool, gym and garage.

Upon entering HL746, the atrium functions as a gallery, transcending its conventional function and becoming an exhibition space that allows the appreciation of works of art and architectural elements. In the HL746 everything is art.

The pool is an artistic installation, a water room with a platform and a view of the garden that surrounds the building.

The gym, located at the level of the treetops, has a large window that opens completely and creates a diluted transition between indoors and outdoors, allowing residents to exercise while contemplating the garden designed from the existing trees on the land. 

The layout of the apartments was designed so that from all living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms it would be possible to enjoy the views of Parque do Povo and the surrounding area. The large terrace conveys the feeling of having a backyard at home.
