The intervention in the ABADE 101 building aimed for a subtle integration of modern construction into an existing building, while responding to the new challenges that come with dividing a building into apartments. 

The building has been intentionally raised to ensure that every floor can make the most of the view, while protecting privacy in more intimate areas. Elevating the building also allowed the enhancement of the entrance through a pedestrian and car access that connects with the existing garden at the back of the building.
