The Forma Itaím apartment is located in the Forma Itaím building, in the city of São Paulo. The project results from the joining of two smaller apartments and therefore its configuration had some basic conditions that were used as potentialities in the basic concept of organization.

The scheme places the water areas in the innermost space, in a functional strip that organizes the bathrooms, dressing areas, technical cupboards and the small kitchen, associated with the entrance to make better use of the available space. This organization made it possible to free up space more widely, a single space of living room and bedroom, with a direct relationship with the balcony and the view, functioning as an extension of the interior space, with windows that allow a total opening.
