The project for the Espaço de Arte building, located in front of Mercado Dos Pinhões, at Praça Pelotas in the city of Fortaleza, aims to implement an art gallery, with two floors, functioning as a formal and institutional basis for the relationship with the urban space, capable of supporting two commercial and service towers.

In relation to Praça Pelotas, the towers are located in a recessed plan, allowing to maintain the relatively uniform scale of heights of the square, maintaining a current volumetric framework to the Mercado dos Pinhões.
